Community Resource Center Location: Courthouse lobby; Carlsbad Law Enforcement Center waiting room (3rd floor).  The CRC provides information related to drug/alcohol abuse, teen pregnancy, parenting skills and tips, signs of drug use, how to quit smoking, chewing,and dipping snuff. It provides community members w/ info. about mental and physical health, community policing, child rearing, and education on Methamphetamine abuse; English and Spanish. The Center also will have a Suggestion Box that members of the community and anyone in the area interested in any of these subjects mentioned, can provide their own input or opinions to make the center better.
